Before you send back a product, for whatever reason, you must first you must first request a return number. You can do this via the return form, click here to go to the return form.
Our products have a standard 3 year warranty.
After After submitting the return form you will receive a return number number via email through our automated RMA system. After receiving of the RMA number you can return the product(s), stating the RMA number and number and a clear description of the complaint.
You can return the product(s) within 14 days of the order date, stating the return number.
If you would like us to issue a credit for the product(s), we will do so within 14 working days after receiving the product(s).
Please note that returning products is at your own expense.
